Recurring services Ltd insists on the below (14) Terms of hire,

By ordering, purchasing or paying for a service you are agreeing with our standard (14) terms of hire.

1)The hire of security is based on the appropriate written request for the service by the authority of management 

2) All hires are independent of one another. In the extremely rare circumstance an incident should occur, it will not affect the previous bookings made/owing.

3) Last minute bookings (within 72 hours of hire) will attract a last minute booking fee to ensure adequate fulfilment / associated costs. The standard charge is £20.00, in a rare instance it might carry a charge of a maximum of £45.00 but this would be discussed with you prior to booking.

4) Our agency is a fulfilment specialist. A lot of our are team are employed directly with us, though we find that a lot of top talent in the on-demand security scene do not want to be employed directly by any one company. We do work with a small percentage of self-employed persons by their own choosing. We on a very rare instance work with other agencies to fulfil larger requests. All security provided by us go through the same checks and training regardless of employment status direct or in-direct.

5) Late payments that fall out of our payment terms agreement and will attract an added fee of 5% of gross value of the invoice for each 30 days that passes that they are overdue. please make payments on time so we can focus on the service we provide. 

6) SIA Security can only act within the law as well as health and safety guidelines. Many come highly trained in conflict resolution. Please acknowledge Some instances are not safe to approach. We can only expect security to carry out services to the best of their ability and the law. We do have many great reviews online to prove the security skill and satisfaction levels. We pride ourselves on coming highly recommend.

7) Security staff and the providing security company cannot accept liability for lost or damaged of un agreed stock, equipment, property, keys outside of the scope of work. If you wish this to be part of the service it must be clearly outlined before a quote is given. This must also individually be specified before the job proceeds. 

8) Security staff cannot carry out duties outside of their own remit of work unless they themselves agree. It is to not be assumed as part of their service. Example. Carrying boxes.

9) Increases in the charge rate can be automatically brought on within reason for extreme instances of adverse weather, risk, change of circumstance, public holidays. 

10) No chargeable or payable rates are to be discussed with our guards and/or supervising team / external parties. Agreed rates are to only be discussed with the company direct and the company administrator. Our rates of pay can vary amongst the guards even if on the same job, due to experience, length of service etc. We do not want anyone to get offended.  

11) Cancelation of security will attract the following charges, within reason. 

Up to 100% of service starting – 5 hours before, or if the security turns up.

Up to 50% of service starting – 24 hours before.

Up to 35% of service starting – 4 Days before.

10) If you want to cancel or reduce the service provided to you, we require any cancellation of ongoing security services to send us a written notice, at least 60 days from date of letter/email once received. Or pay the equivalent of 30 days worth of services at your standard requirement. 

12) You may not use, approach, make personal arrangements, directly or in-directly use any security staff provided to you directly, or indirectly that have worked for you whilst with us for the length of 3 years. You may also not instruct any of our security staff to supply security guards. This will endeavour our company to suffer a loss of business and we may wish to recover losses or finders fees for the person/service.

13) Security staff as well as the providing company are not financially liable for any perceived loss of trade in circumstances outside of their control. 

14) All dealings with our company are confidential in matter and not to be discussed with others.
