SavySec Security Services is a 99% digitally run company! - We do not print unless it's ABSOLUTELY NECESSARY. (Even then it’s only ever on recycled paper.)
It's the aim and on going mission of SavySec Security Services to ensure that the operation of the Company, in NO way, adversely affects the environment.
We strongly commit to continued improvement of environmental performance, with a view to reducing environmental impacts to levels not exceeding those corresponding to economically viable applications of best available practices and techniques. This is everything from heating and electricity saved by using a desk rental services only at peak times of the year, to encouraging ride share schemes amongst our staff working in the same areas of London, UK.
From the "roots" up SavySec Security Services promote an Energy Efficient Establishment. With thanks to MDT (Modern Digital Technology) specialist digital presentations and applications are responsible for 90% of our recruitment process waiving any need for printing. All documents needed from our staff are scanned from the original -Not photocopied! And documented as well as sorted on our hard drives and servers. Everything from invoices, time sheets, roistering and memos is done securely online and by E-mail. As we operate 365 day's a year and we DON'T use a full-time staffed office location, we in return not only save huge amounts of energy but save the clients extra cost's that are usually included with rival companies office outlays.
SavySec Security Services are a professional and environmentally conscious organisation, always keen to update & implement new ideas to make whatever contribution they can to conserve resources to achieve a greener society. We hope to maintain this by:
- Preventing pollution
- Taking into consideration the effects that our operations may have on the local community
- Taking immediate action to eliminate or reduce, any potentially adverse environmental impacts
- Promoting environmental awareness amongst our Staff, suppliers, contractors and clients by implementation of operational procedures
- Seeking out opportunities to work in partnership with the community by behaving in a professional and socially responsible manner
- Ensuring a more effective and expedient incident control, investigation and reporting structure
SavySec Security Services will fully comply with the duties herby within the requirements of legislation, whilst at all times complying with, as a matter of best practice, the requirements and duties set out within Approved Guidance as issued by the Environment Agency and other organizations.
As part of SavySsec’s commitment to maintaining the highest levels of environmental management, it is the intention (where relevant) that SavySec Security Services will work towards environmental management systems compliant with ISO14001.
All employees and any sub-contractors are expected to co-operate and assist in the implementation of this policy, whilst ensuring that their own works, so far as is reasonably practicable, are carried out without risk to themselves, others or the environment. This includes co-operating with management on any environment related matter. It is our duty here at SavySec Security Services to ensure that good environmental management is practiced in all projects that we are involved in however small or indeed large! We will seek to influence customers to demonstrate a positive environmental commitment. The Company will communicate the Environmental Policy to all company employees, and it will be freely available to customers and the general public.
SavySec Security Services will take all practical steps to ensure that potential hazards and risks to the environment are identified and that suitable and effective preventive and control measures are implemented. All employees will be provided with the necessary resources, equipment, information, instruction and training to fulfill the requirements of this policy.
The directors and operations team have overall responsibility for all environmental matters as a day to day dutie. The operation of this policy and the associated procedures will be monitored and reviewed on a regular basis to ensure that they remain current and applicable to the company’s activities. The board of directors that gives its full support to its implementation has endorsed this policy.
